Chelsea and I have been trying to schedule this session for 1 year and 1 week. I think the wait was worth it!
We wanted to get half of the photos with a downtown, urban feel, and the other half more of a country, nature vibe. We started in downtown San Marcos around the square to utilize the old buildings and architecture as a backdrop while incorporating some of Chelsea’s dance repertoire. There was also a couple of really nice shafts of lights to play with and dance in and out of.
After the city part, we headed over to Rio Vista park to utilize the fading light and the cool island with old trees with the lights of Riverpub in the background. Such a fun shoot!
Chelsea was just super to work with since she has a lengthy background in dance, she was moving and grooving throughout the shoot!
If you like these photos then remember to book your Senior Sessions as soon as possible!
